Pale, wild and full of Christmas spirit beer. During the fermentation process we used two original blends of yeast: WLP4675 Farmhouse Sour Ale and Omega Yeast OYL-217 – C2C American Farmhouse. After aging in oak barrels, under the watchful eye of our Head Brewer, the beer was poured into classic 375ml bottles, which were hand corked with a muselet cap.
