Wild Wild East Pineapple Tart

Pale, wild, fruit and sour beer with a strong pineapple profile. During the fermentation process we used a classic strain of yeast – WLP650 Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. With their help and thanks to the original beer recipe, we created a very fresh and fruity tart beer. After many long months spent in oak barrels, the beer was poured into classic 375ml bottles, which were hand corked with a muselet cap.
