Pale and wild beer with lots of pressed cranberry juice. During the fermentation process we used – OYL-211 Brett Blend 2 Bit O’ Funk. After many long months spent in oak barrels, the beer was poured into classic 375ml bottles, which were hand corked with a muselet cap.
