Pale and wild beer with lots of cherries and pressed cherry juice. During the fermentation process we used – OYL-212 Brett Blend 3 Bring On Da Funk. This beer strongly relate to classic Belgian beers and is a nod to historical and traditional brewing. After many long months spent in oak barrels, the beer was poured into classic 375ml bottles, which were hand corked with a muselet cap.
