Dark, wild, extraordinary and full of character beer. During the fermentation process we used a classic strain of yeast – WLP650 Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. Our goal was to create a strong and complex beer that combines rich and malty body with classic “flanderish” beer character. After many long months spent in oak barrels, the beer was poured into classic 375ml bottles, which were hand corked with a muselet cap.
